Possible Causes Remedies
Replace the PCB
Replace the Temperature Probe.
Replace the PCB.
Replace the batteries when "BATT" mark is displayed on
the LCD.
Check above things, and if there is no problem, follow
the adjustment procedure, clause 5 in this document and
re-adjust the PCB.
Poor contact between the Function Buttons and the
PCB. Disassemble and clean them.
Replace the PCB or Rubber Contact.
Replace the Jaws when there is a break in tracks on the
Flex PCB.
Replace the PCB
Adjust the NCVD LED upward.
