3. Use the Virtual Printer
Open the document that you want to fax and click "Print" in the file menu. Select "Virtual
printer" or the name that you gave to it, and then click "OK".
A pop-up window will ask you for the fax destination, enter it and click submit.
Important: - The destination number must include the outbound prefix for the trunk that you wish
to use..
Ex: if you have a PSTN trunk with outbound prefix "9" and wants to send an
external fax to (xxx)xxx-xxxx, you should enter : 9xxxxxxxxxx
