obligationsunder thiswarranty.Our obligationsfor serviceand parts underthis warrantymust be performedby usor an authorizedEtectrolux
servicer.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty applies only to products in ordinaryhouseholduse, and the consumeris responsible for the items
listed below:
1 Properuse of the appliance inacoordancewith tastructionsprovidedwith the product
2 Proper installation by an authorized servicer in accordance with instructions provided with the appliance and in
accordancewithall localplumbing,electricaland/or gas codes
3 Proper connectionto a grounded power supply of sufficient voltage, replacementof blown fuses, repair of loose
connectionsor defectsin housewiring
4 Expensesfor makingthe applianceaccessiblefor servicing,such as removal of trim, cupboards,shelves,etc, which
are not a part of the appliancewhen it wasshippedfrom the factory.
5. Damagesto finish after installation.
6. Replacementoflightbulbsand/orfluorescenttubes(on modelswiththese features).
This warranty does not cover the following:
1. CONSEQUENTIALOR INCIDENTALDAMAGESSUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGEAND INCIDENTALEXPENSES
RESULTINGFROMANYBREACHOF THIS WRITTENORANY IMPLIEDWARRANTY.
Note: Some statesdo not allow the exclusionor limitationof incidentalor consequentialdamages,so this limitationor
exclusionmay not applyto you.
2. Servicecalls which do not involve malfunctionor defectsin workmanshipor material, or for appliancesnot in ordinary
householduse. The consumershall pay for suchservice calls.
3. Damagescaused by services performedby servicers other than Electrolux,or its authorized servicers;use of parts
other than genuine Electrolux parts; obtained from persons other than such servicers; or external causes such as
abuse,misuse, inadequatepowersupply or actsof God.
4. Productswith originalserial numbersthat have been removedor alteredand cannot be readilydetermined.

Keep your bill of sale, delivery slip, or some other appropriatepayment record. The date on the bill establishes the
warranty period should service be required, if service is performed, it is in your best interest to obtain and keep all
receipts. This writtenwarrantygives you specificlegal rights. You may also have other rightsthat vary from state to state.
