MANUFACTURER'S LiMiTED WARRANTY FOR
LAWN & GARDEN TRACTORS
IMPORTANT:To obtainwarrantycoverageowner mustpresentan original
proofof purchaseand applicablemaintenancerecordsto the servicingdealer.
Pleasesee the operator'smanualfor informationon requiredmaintenanceand
serviceintervals.
The limitedwarrantyset forth belowis given byThe Toro Company ("Toro")
andThe Toro Warranty Company, pursuantto an agreementbetweenthem,
withrespectto newmerchandisepurchasedor leasedand used inthe United
Statesand/or its territoriesand possessions,and by Torowithrespectto new
merchandisepurchasedor leasedand usedin Canadaand/or its territoriesand
possession.
Torowarrantsthis product(excludingits NormalWearPartsand Batteries
as describedbelow)againstdefects in materialand workmanshipfor a
periodoftwo (2) years or eighty (80) operationhours,whichevercomes
first, commencingon the date of original retailpurchaseor lease andwill, at
its option, repairor replace, f ree of charge,any part foundto be defective in
materialsor workmanship.
Normal WearPartsare warrantedto be free from defects in materialand
workmanshipfor a periodof thirty (30) daysfrom the date of original purchase
or lease.Normalwearparts include,but are not limitedto items suchas: belts,
blades,blade adapters,grass bags,rider deck wheels,seats,and tires.
Batterieshavea one-yearproratedlimited warrantyagainstdefectsin material
andworkmanship,with 100%replacementduringthe first threemonths.After
threemonths,the battery replacementcredit is based on the monthsremaining
inthe twelve(12) monthperioddating backto the original date of original sale
or lease.Any replacementbatterywill be warrantedonly forthe remainderof
the original warrantyperiod.
This limited warrantyshall onlyapply if this producthas beenoperatedand
maintainedin accordancewiththe Operator's Manualfurnishedwiththe
product,and has not beensubjectto misuse,abuse,commercialuse, neglect,
accident,impropermaintenance,alteration,vandalism,theft, fire,water,or
damagebecauseof other peril or naturaldisaster.Damageresultingfrom the
installationor use of any part, accessoryor attachmentnot approvedbyToro
for use withthe product(s)coveredbythis manualwill void your warrantyas
to any resultingdamage.In addition,Toromay denywarrantycoverageif the
hour meter,or any partthereof, is altered, modified,disconnectedor otherwise
tamperedwith.

PURCHASEAND APPLICABLE MAINTENANCERECORDS,throughyour

Without limitingthe foregoing,this limited warrantydoes not providecoverage
inthe following cases:
a. The engineor componentpartsthereof. Theseitems may carry a separate
manufacturer's warranty. Referto applicablemanufacturer's warrantyfor
terms andconditions.
b. Routinemaintenanceitems such as lubricants,filters, bladesharpening,
tune-ups,brakeadjustments,clutch adjustments,deck adjustments,and
normaldeteriorationof the exteriorfinish dueto use or exposure.
c. Servicecompletedby someoneotherthan an authorizedservicedealer.
d. Torodoesnot extend any warrantyfor productssoldor exported outside
of the United Statesand/or Canada,andtheir respectivepossessionsand
territories,exceptthose soldthrough Toro'sauthorizedchannelsof export
distribution.
e. Replacementparts and/or accessoriesthatare not genuineToroparts.
f. Transportationchargesandservice calls.
g. Torodoesnot warrantthis productfor commercialuse.
Thereare no impliedwarranties, including without limitation any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particularpurpose.No
warranties shall apply after the applicable period of express written
warranty above. No other express warranties beyond those mentioned
above, given by any person or entity, includinga dealer or retailer, with
respect to any product, shall bind Toro. Theexclusive remedy is repair or
replacement of the product as set forth above. The terms of this warranty
provide the sole and exclusive remedy arising from the sale and/or lease
of the products covered hereby. Toroshall not be liable for any incidental
or consequential loss or damage including,without limitation, expenses
incurredfor substitute or replacement lawn care services or for rental
expenses to temporarily replace a warranted product.
Somejurisdictionsdo not allowthe exclusionor limitationof incidentalor
consequential d amages,or limitationson how long an impliedwarrantylasts,
so the aboveexclusionsor limitationsmay not apply to you.
In no event shallrecoveryof any kind be greaterthanthe amountof the
purchasepriceof the productsold. Alteration of safety features of the
product shall void this warranty. Youassumethe riskand liabilityfor loss,
damage,or injury to you and your propertyand/or to othersand their property
arisingout of the misuseor inabilityto use the product.
This limited warrantyshallnot extend Ioanyoneotherthanthe original
purchaseror to the personfor whomit waspurchasedas a gift.

givesyou specific legal rights,and you may also haveotherrightsthat vary in
differentjurisdictions.
