You need to connect a video game machine
(see "Hooking up video game machine" on
page 24).
Press GAME.
Tips
• In tile standby mode, tile system automalically turns
OI1.
• The GAME EQ is automatically selecled.
• These operations cmmot be pertbemed in the Power
Saving Mode.
-- Game Mixing

Select the desired source sound.
2 Press GAME MIXING.
Each time you press tl_e button, _l_e level of the
game sound changes cyclically as follows:
MIXING LOW _ MIXING MID
MIXING HIGH _ MIXING OFF
Tips
• The GAME MIXING indicator lights up while
Game Mixing is activated.
• Once Gmne Mixing is activaled, it will remain
active while the power is on even iftbe source
sound is changed.
Note
If you start recording while Game Mixing _s
activaled, Game Mixing is canceled. To record €he
mixed sound, press GAME MIXING after slep 4 of
"Recording t¥om a CD/tape/radio mmmally" on page
18, and then press REC PAUSE/START to start the
recording.
-- Sleep Timer
You can set the system to turn offafter a
certain time, so thai you can fall asleep to
music.
Press SLEEP on the remote.
Each time you press the button, tl_e minute
display 0he turn-offtime) changes cyclically as
lbllows:
AUTO* _ 90 MIN --* 80 MIN _ 70 MIN
--- -_. 10 MIN -4. OFF
* The system turns off when the current CD or t_pe
finishes playback (tBr up to 100 minmes).
Other Operations
TO Press
Check the SLEEP on the remote once.

Change the SLEEP on Ihe remote
time to turn off repeatedly to select the time you
wa]lt.
Cancel the Sleep SLEEP on the remote
Timer thnction repeatedly until "SLEEP OFF"
appears.
** You cmmot check tile remaining time when you
select "AUTO".
