lV Problems
won't
turn
on
•
Press the]V
button.
•
Make sure the TV is plugged in.
•
Check the wall receptacle (or extcnsio,_ cord) to make sure it is "live" by pk_gging in something else.
•
Something might bc wrong with ,;,our remote control
Pressthe POWERbutton o_ the front of the TV. If
the TV turns on, Occk the remote control solutions on page 25.
•
The front panel controls may be locked (disabled). Use the remote control to unlock the front panel
controls by selecting OHRO LOCKin the R4RENZ4I_GU_DEmenu and press the right arrow button to turn it
off.
Buttons
don't work
•
If you're usb_g the remote control, press the TV butto_l first to make sure the remote is in TV mode.
•
The front panel controls may be locked (disabled). Use the remote control to unlock the front panel
controls by selecting OHRD LOCgin the R4REN[4I_ GU_E)Emenu and press the right arrow button to turn it
off.

Unplug the TV for two reinutes a_d then plug it back in. Turn the TV o_ and try again.
IW turns
off unexpectedly
•
Sleep timer might have been activated. Go to page 21 for b_s_ructions.
•
Electronic protection circuit may have been activated because of a power surge. Wait 30 secor_dsand thc_
turn on again. If this happens frequer_tly, the voltage i_ your house may bc abnormally high or low.
•
Unplug TV. Wait five minutes. Plug it in again.
"P# turns
on unexpectedly
•
You might have pressed CH+, CH- or OK on the remote accidentally.
Blank
screen

Make sure _he compoi_€_t connected to the TV is _urned on.

If using a VCR, Occk to make sure the TV]VCRbutto_ on the VCR is in the correct mode (press the TV,AiCR
button on your VCR).
