Go to http://support.dell.com, enter your service tag, and download the latest driver for your graphics card.  2. After installing the drivers for your graphics adapter, attempt to set the resolution to 1366 x 768 again.   • Page 16 AUTO ADJUST Use this key to activate automatic setup and adjust menu. The following dialog appears on a black screen as the monitor self current input:         Auto Adjustment allows the monitor to self-adjust to the incoming video signal. After using Auto Adjustment, you can further tune your monitor by using the Pixel Clock (Coarse) and Phase (Fine) controls under Image Settings.
  • Page 17     Standard: Loads the monitor's default color settings. This is the default preset mode. Multimedia: Loads color settings ideal for multimedia applications. Text: Loads color settings ideal for text applications. Warm: Increases the color temperature. The screen appears warmer with a red/yellow tint. Cool: Decreases the color temperature.

      Reset Personalization Allows you to restore shortcut key to the default setting.   OSD Messages When the monitor does not support a particular resolution mode you will see the following message: This means that the monitor cannot synchronize with the signal that it is receiving from the computer. See Monitor Specifications for the horizontal and vertical frequency ranges addressable by this monitor. Recommended mode is 1366 x 768.

The PowerNap software provides an option to check if there is a new update.  Please check periodically if there is a new update for your software. NOTE: After installation, one desktop shortcut and one shortcut under "Start" for PowerNap are created. OS support: Windows XP (32 and 64 bits), Vista (32 and 64 bits),  Windows 7 (32 and 64 bits) Video interface support: VGA and DVI only.      Using the Dell Soundbar The Dell Soundbar is a stereo two channel system, mountable on Dell Flat Panel Displays. The Soundbar has a rotary volume and on/off control to adjust the overall system level, a LED for power indication, and two audio headset jacks.

    After placing the monitor panel on a soft cloth or cushion, complete the following steps to remove the base: Use a long screwdriver to push the release latch located in a hole just above the stand.
