marks to take pictures
Whenusingthe LCDas a viewfinder,framing marksindicatethe camerafocus area.
Thecameraattemptsto focus on foregroundsubjects,evenif the subjectsare not
centeredin the scene.
1 Press the Shutterbutton halfway.
Whentheframingmarksturngreen,focusisaccomplished.

2 If the camerais not focusingon the desiredsubject(or if the framing marks
disappear),release the Shutterbutton and recompose the scene.
3 Press the Shutterbutton completely down to take the picture.
NOTE: Framing marks donotappear in Landscape
orVideo mode. When you useFocus
Zone ( see page 21)and setCenter Zone, theframing marks a re fixed atCenter Wide.
