The proofing feature maintains a warm environment useful for rising yeast-leavened products.
How to Set the Oven For Proofing
[77 Place the covered dough in a dish in
the oven on rock B or C.

Touch the PROOFpad and then the
START pad.
The display will read PrF (proof).
The oven inmfior light unns on and
remains on during proofing.
Tile proofing feature automatically
provides tile optimum mmperamre
for
the proofing process, and therefore
does
not have a mmperamre
adjustment.

tile CLEAR/OFF p ad.
To avoidloweringtheoventemperature
andlengthening p roofingtime,donot
opentheovendoorunnecessarily.
Check bread products earlytoavoid
over-proofing
NOTE:
Donot usetheproofingmodefor warming
foodor keeping food hot. Theproofingoven
temperature i s nothotenough to holdfoods
atsafe temperatures. UsetheWARM feature
tokeepfoodwarm.
Proofing will not operatewhenovenis above
125°F(52°C). "HOT"will showin thedisplay.

How to Set the Oven For Warming
Tile WARM feature keeps cooked
foods hot.
This feature is not designed to reheat
coM food.
To use tile WARMfeature, much tile
WARMpad and then tile START pad.
To use tile WARMfeature after Timed
Baking or Roasting, follow these stops:
