limited one-gear warrantg, we will also provide, free of charge, oil labor and related service to
replace the defective part.
What Is Not Covered:
• Service trips to gour home to teach gou how to use
the product.
• Improper installation, deliverg or maintenance.
• Failure of the product if it is abused, misused, or
used for other than the intended purpose or used
commerciallg.
• Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit
breakers.
• Products which are not defective or broken, or which are
working as described in the Owner's Manual.
• Damage to the product caused bg accident, fire, floods
or acts of God.
• Incidental or consequential damage caused bg possible
defects with this appliance.
• Defects or damage due to operation in freezing
temperatures.
• Damage caused after deliverg.
• Product not accessible to provide required service.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES--Your sole and exclusive remedg is product repair as provided in this Limited
Warrantg. Ang implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantabilitg or fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited to one gear or the shortest period allowed bg law.
This warrantF is extended to the original purchaser and anF succeeding owner for products purchased for home use within the
USA.If the product is located in an area where service bF a GEAuthorized Servicer is not available, gou maF be responsiblefor a
trip charge or gou maF be required to bring the product to on Authorized GEServicelocation. In Alaska, the warrant F excludes the
cost of shipping or serdce coils to Four home.
Somestates do not allow the exclusion or limitation of inddental or consequential damages. This warrant F gives gou specific legal
