The turntable must always be
in place when using the oven.
Put food or oven-safe cookware directly
on the metal tray to warm.
Proofing
The turntable must always be
in place when using the oven.
Put bread dough in a bowl/bread pan
and place on the metal tray to proof.

The WARM feuture will keep hot,
cooked foods ot serving temperature.

up to 230°F.
1. Press the COOKING OPTIONS pod.
2. Turn the diul to select WARM. Press
the diul to enter.

Turn the diul to select the level of
moisture you wont. See the chart
und tips below. Press the diul to
enter.
Select START or press the START/
PAUSE pod to start. The oven
starts worming
immediately
and
shows the amount
of worming
time to complete.
If the oven door is opened during
worming,
"Pause" will appear in the
display. Close the door and press the
START/PAUSE pod.
To Crisp Stale Items:
Select the CRISP setting. Preheat
the oven for 10 minutes.
NOTE: Only preheut when crisping
stole items.
Pluce food or dishes directly on the
metal troy.
Check crispness offer/45
minutes.

foil.
• Do not use plastic containers
or plastic wrap.

The proofing
feature automatically
provides an appropriate
temperature
for the proofing process, and therefore
does not have a temperature
adjustment.

Check bread products
early to
ovoid over-proofing.
To ovoid lowering the oven
temperature
and lengthening
proofing time, do not open the
oven door unnecessarily.
NOTES:
Do not use the proofing
mode
for worming
food or keeping
food hot. The proofing oven
temperature
is not hot enough to
hold foods at safe temperatures.
Use the WARM feature to keep
food worm.
Proofing will not operate if the oven
is too hot. Allow the oven to cool
before proofing.
