In either case, it is best to have the information on this form readily available before calling an SGC representative, as it will insure timely handling of your problem.

- Page 14 If your unit is still under warranty, it is recommended that you call SGC before opening the cover. This LED will light when the turner has found an acceptable match. It will remain lit until conditions have changed which will cause the turner to find a different match.
