General
Plug the power cord into tile wall outlet securely.
The Power does not turned

Tile unit does not start
playback.
The angle cannot be
changed.
Tile subtitle language
cannot be changed or
turned off.
Cannot play MP3/WMA/

Tile remote control does
not work properly.
Insert a playable disc. (Check the disc type, color system,and
