    Always turn the vacuum OFF and unplug before performing inspection and maintenance. Emptying the Dust Container For maximum performance of your Oreck Little Helper Vac, ™ the dust container needs to be emptied when it becomes approxi- mately 1/3 full or if the suction power of the unit is reduced.

    Cleaning the HEPA Filter Depending on usage, the main filter should be cleaned every 4 - 6 months. To clean the dust container filter: 1. Remove the dust container. See “Emptying the Dust Container.” . Press the HEPA filter locking tab in and slide the HEPA filter assembly out of the dust container.
