QUICK SET PROGRAM
You may set the TV/VCR to record one program within 24 hours by simply pressing MONITOR button on the
TV/VCR. It is easy for you to record today's TV program.
• QUICK SET PROGRAM can not be programmed by the remote control. This function can only be
programmed from the TV/VCR.
• Power must be on to set the Quick Set Program.
• Clock must be set to the correct time before setting the timer.
• QUICK SET PROGRAM Recording is memorized to program number 8.
In the example below, the Quick Set Program is being set to record. (Current time is 8:00PM):
SETTING TIME from 10:00PM to 11:00PM

Insert a blank cassette, or one that you want to record
over, into the cassette com- ISTOP
partment.

If necessary, rewind or fast
forward the tape to the point
you want to start recording.
Press MONITOR button on
the TV/VCR.

• You may forward to the next step by pressing VOL-
UME ^ button on the TV/VCR.
• When you press VOLUME "v" button on the
TV/VCR, all selections will be erased and the
TV/VCR screen will return to the initial display
(step [2]).

Press MONITOR button.
Press POWER button to set QUICK SET PROGRAM
Recording. The TIMER REC indicator lights up.
• If power is not turned offand you continue watching
TV, "TIMER REC STANDBY" starts flashing on
the TV/VCR screen 2 minutes before the pro-
grammed start time.
You must turn off the TV/VCR to activate QUICK
SET PROGRAM Recording.
