PANORAMA
- Panorama
shooting

Make
sure that the edges
of the pictures
overlap,
then
take
pictures.
• Focus, exposure and white balance are set by the first picture. Do not
select an extremely bright subject (such as the sun) for the first picture
• You cannot adjust the zoom after the first picture
• Panorama
shooting is possible for up to 10 pictures.
The part of the previous
picture
where
it will be joined
to the next picture
does
not remain
in the frame on the edge of the screen.
You have to remember
what the part in the frame
looked
like and take the next picture
so (t overlaps.
Compose
your
shots so that the right edge of the previous
picture
overlaps
with the left edge of the next picture
if you are connecting
pictures
from left
to right (or vice versa
if you are connecting
pictures
from right to left).
• When
you have
taken
10 pictures,
a
warning
mark
appears.

Press
@ to finish
panorama
shooting.
• The frame on the screen disappears
and the camera returns to the
normal shooting mode
Note
• The panorama
mode is only available with Otympus CAMEDIA-
brand cards.
• During panorama shooting, the flash and sequential
shooting are
not available.
• images are saved in JPEG format when panorama shooting is done
in the T(FF mode The size of the image does not change
• (fthe mode dial is operated
during panorama shooting, the camera
cancels the panorama mode and returns to normal shooting.
• The camera itself cannot connect panorama
