My Button ........................ A ssigns functions to My Buttons.
Guide Frame ....................Displays frames as a guide to make sure the subject is horizontal or
vertical.
Display Settin 9 ...............Sets the duration that icons or indicators are displayed on the LCD screen.

REC Mode .......................... S ets the mode to record movies (p. 34).
Frame Rate ........................ S ets the frame rate to record movies.
/_ Setting .................Sets the image quality for recording (high definition image quality (HD)
or standard definition image quality (STD)).
_Wide Mode ........................ S ets the horizontal to vertical ratio when recording movies with standard
definition image quality (STD).
x.v.Color .............................. R ecords a wider range of colors. Set this item when you watch images with
a TV which is compliant with x.v.Co!or.
Image Size .........................Sets the photo size.
Event View ................................. S tarts playing images from the Event View display.
Map View x_................................ S tarts playing the images from the Map View display.
Highlight Movie ...................... S tarts playing Highlight Playback scenes or Highlight Scenarios saved with
standard deiinition image quality (STD).
Scenario ............................... S tarts playing the scenarios that were saved by Highlight Playback.
Edit/Copy
Delete .......................................... D eletes movies or photos (p. 38).
Protect ........................................ P rotects movies or photos to avoid deleting.
Copy ............................................ C opies images.

Media Settings
Media Select ................... Selects the type of recording media (p. 24).
Media [nfo ........................ Displays information on the recording media.
Format ............................... Deletes and tbrmats all data on the recording media.
Repair [mg. DB F............. Repairs the image database file on the recording media (p. 52).
File Number ..................... gets how to assign the file number to photos.
Playback Settings
Data Code ........................ Displays information that was recorded automatically at the time of
recording.
Volume .............................. Adjusts the volume of playback sound.
Download Music ........... Downloads your favorite music files from the computer to your camcorder
(while the camcorder is connected to the computer) that can be played
with the Highlight Playback scenes.
Empty Music ................... Deletes all music flies.
