Zooming in in one step
You call zoom ill to the center of all image using the smart teleconverter
(Digital zoom) and record the image.

Setthe LIVEVIEW/OVF s witch to
"LIVEVIEW."
2 Pressthe :[],_button.
• Each time you press the ="_ button, the
zoom scaling changes as t_llows:
Approx. xl.4 _ Approx. x2 _ Off

The image size is automatically set to the following regardless of the
selected image size.

* The number of pixels in the image size selected here is different from that
of the image size selected in normal mode.

S: 2416 x 1600pixels
Noles
• When the LIVE V1EW/OVF switch is set to "OVF." the smm't telecon,_erter is
unavailable.
• When [Quality] is set to NAW (RAW) or RAW÷d (RAW & JPEG), the smart
teleconverter is unavailable.
• When the smart teleconverter is available (when in autoli)cus mode), [AF area] is set
to i ,_i (Spot).
• When the smart teleconverter is available, [Metering mode] is set to _ (Multi
segment).
