Youcaneasilyswitchwith the remotecontrol t othe DTV(ATSC), TV (NTSC)
andDVDmodeorto access a n external device whentheyare connected to
the unit.
Press [SELECT] repeatedly to cycle through analog TV,
digital TV, external ir )ut (VIDEO) and DVD.

• To use the video input jack on the front of the unit,
select "VIDEO".
Note;
• When you switch the analog mode to the digital mode, it
may take a while until the digital channel selection is com-
pleted. The following message is displayed while switching
the mode.

In the digital mode,the detailed broadcasting i nformation for the current
channelsuchas program title, the program guides are displayed.
Press [DISPLAY] repeatedly to cycle through the avail-
able display modes.

• The following information is displayed.
1 channel number
2 broadcast station
3 program title
4 audio language
Press [MODE] repeatedly to cycle through the avail-
able audio languages.
("OTHER" is displayed when the audio language can-
not be acquired, or the acquired languages are other
than English, Spanish or French.)
[] Screen Information
Youcandisplay the currently selected channel o r otherinformation suchas
the audiomodeontheTVscreen.
[Program Guide]
• The program guide added to broadcasting informa-
tion is displayed.
Inthe analog mode,the current channelnumberis displayed.
Press [DISPLAY].

• The current channel number is displayed at the top-
right corner of the TV screen.
• To clear the display, press [DISPLAY] again.
No re;
• When the program guide consists of more than 6 lines, use
[Cursor • IV] to scroll.
• "No description provided" is displayed when the program
guide is not provided.
• While the program guide is displayed, the dosed caption
function is interrupted.
• In external input mode, the following screen is displayed;
e.g.) When an external device is connected to video input
jack.
VIDEO
• Available languages differ depending on the broadcast.
• Theinformation display will automatically disappear in 1
minute.
• Pressing [MODE] does not control external audio device.
