VIZIO LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
VlZIO providesa "ONE-YEAR LIMITEDWARRANTY" a gainstmanufacturing defectsin materialsand workmanship to the
originalpurchaser of a newVlZlO displaypurchased from an authorized VlZlO U.S.resellerand usedin thefifty (50) United
Statesor PuertoRico.
VIZIO's Responsibility
VlZlO displayspurchased newfrom an authorized VlZlO U.S.resellerand that are usedin thefifty (50) UnitedStatesor Puerto
Ricoare warrantedto befree from manufacturing defectsin materialsand workmanship for one (1) yearfromthe dateof the
originalretailpurchase.If thedisplayfails to conformto this limitedwarranty,VIZIOwill, at its optionand solediscretion,repairor
replacethedisplay.
Labor
Duringthe one-yearlimitedwarrantyperiod,VlZIO will provide,whenneeded,servicelaborto repaira manufacturing defect.
Repairsrequiredon displayswhich are thirty(30) inchesand largergenerallywill be made"on-site"wherethedisplayis installed.
Thedetermination for performing the on-siterepair isdependentuponthe manufacturing defectand is at VlZlO's optionand sole
discretion.Repairsrequiredon displayswhich are less thanthirty(30) inchesgenerallywill be performed at a VlZlO service
center.
Parts
Repairsmay be madewith newor recertifiedparts,or theentire unitmay be replacedwith a newor recertifiedunit,at VIZIO's
optionand sole discretion.Replacement p artsor replacementunitsprovidedunderthis limitedwarrantyare warranted for the
remainingportionof the originalwarrantyperiod,or for ninety(90)days fromwarrantyserviceor replacement, w hicheveris later.

VIZIOreservesthe rightto assessall warrantyclaimsand to determineif defectsor damagesare coveredby this limited
