Adjusting Basic Camera Functions
_Hiding Hints
and Tips
Hints and tips are normally shown when you choose FUNC. menu (p. 44)
items. If you prefer, you can deactivate this information.
Choose [Hints & Tips], and then choose [Off].
_ Screen Brightness
Adjust screen brightness as follows.
Choose [LCD Brightness], and then press the
,_ buttons to adjust the brightness.
: Hiding the Start=up Screen
If you prefer, you can deactivate display of the start-up screen normally
shown when you turn the camera on.
Choose [Start-up Image], and then choose
[Off].
