Checks the CPU/System Controller board except
for memory.
Checks the AO on the Process I/O board.
Checks HSCs on the Process I/O board and
Pulse Counter inputs on the CPU/System
Controller board.
Checks the SRAM and FLASH memory.
Checks AIs on the Process I/O board.
Checks serial communication ports COM1,
