recommended color space for web graphics. it also uses the same
primary colors as those defined for HD video production in itu
recommendation 709. Decodes standard pC color values and
HDtv video signals to viewing room colorimetry. the specifica-
tion for srBG ieC61966-2.1 can be found here:
