OPTIONAL TRUNK RELEASE
Press button 3 for approximately 2 seconds to
open the trunk.
TRUNK DISARM FEATURE
The trunk disarm feature allows the alarm to
disarm automatically whenever transmitter
button 3 is used to activate the optional trunk
release. This eliminates having to first disarm
the alarm before activating the trunk release.
This feature must be programmed during
installation.
CAR LOCATOR FEATURE
The Car Locator feature allows the parking
lights to stay on for 30 seconds after the alarm
is disarmed. This feature is not recommended
for vehicles with aftermarket or auxiliary
lighting. This programmable feature may be
disabled during installation.
DOOR TRIGGER BYPASS
To intentionally arm the system with a door
open, press button 1 to arm, then within 2
seconds press button 2. The siren will chirp to
indicate the doors will not be monitored. The
Shock Sensor will still be monitored.
REMOTE SENSOR BYPASS
To arm the system and bypass the shock sensor,
press button 1 to arm, then within 2 seconds
press button 3. The siren will chirp to indicate
the sensor will not be monitored. The doors
and hood/trunk will still be monitored.
ADDING/DELETING TRANSMITTERS
To add a new transmitter to the system or
delete a lost transmitter, have all desired
transmitters ready and follow the Code Learning
Mode sequence.
To enter Code Learning Mode:
1. Turn ignition key on, off, on, off, and leave
on within 5 seconds.
LED will flicker and parking lights will flash
once.
2. Press and hold valet switch for 2 seconds.
3. LED will flicker and parking lights will flash.
The siren will give a series of chirps.
4. Release the valet switch.
5. Program all desired remotes by pressing
button 1 on each of the transmitters. The
siren will chirp after the system has
learned each remote control.
6. Turn ignition key off.
Remotes are now programmed to the system.
LED STATUS INDICATORS
Off= System disarmed
Slow Flashing= System armed
Rapid Flashing= Passive arming indication
Rapid Flashing (after disarm)= System
was triggered while away.
On Solid= Valet mode.
On Solid (After Active Arming)= Shock
sensor inactive for 10 seconds while settling.
On Solid (when disarmed, and not in
Valet)= Door or hood/trunk is open.
CHIRP INDICATIONS:
One Chirp= Armed
Two Chirps= Disarmed
Three Chirps= Disarmed, but system was
triggered while away.
Four Chirps= 30 seconds after arming,
indicates faulty sensor or trigger.
Five Rapid Chirps= Warn away triggered
