4. LG Network Storage Web Menu Use (for LG
Network Storage administrators)
[Default NFS Directory Setting]
Without the administrator setting up a separate NFS directory, the default NFS directory is
automatically created when activating the NFS server and allows for all hosts to read/write
when connected to the LG Network Storage network.

Click Enable.

Click on the Apply button.

Click on the "OK" button of the pop-up window that says, "NFS directory does not
exist. Do you wish to use the default NFS directory?"
[User Defined NFS Directory Setting]
The LG NETWORK STORAGE Network File System function allows the administrator to have
folders created through the shared/folder menu or new folders set up as NFS directories.
Using this function, the administrator may set up the NFS directory to allow access to only
certain clients and only certain users may be able to access folders designated as NFS
directories.

Click on the Add button.

Click on the Search the NFS directory button.

Select a folder created through the folder menu or create an NFS directory folder
under a shared folder with limited access.

Set up authority. (Select authority to read/write or read for client's access authority)

Set up access permitted client. (To mark the IP address or all hosts, enter "*".)

Click on the Save button.
[Deactivating NFS server]

Click on 'Do not Use'

'Click on 'Apply' . (Note: When NFS server is deactivated, 'Create/Delete/Revise' buttons
for setting NFS directory will be deactivated as well.)
