Dialing Options

Tap one of the following options:
: Sends a text message to this

Add to Contacts
: Adds this number to the
Contacts list. For more information, see "Add a
Contact" on page 69.
: Displays the contacts assigned
Speed dial setting
to numbers 2 through 100. The number 1 is
reserved for Voicemail.
: Adds a 2-second pause to this
Add 2-sec pause
number.
Add wait
: Adds a pause to the calling sequence
until you tap a key to continue.
to compose a new text
: Displays the Call settings menu. see
Call settings

Caller ID
Caller ID identifies a caller by displaying the phone
number of the incoming caller.
To hide your number when making a call, follow these
steps.

Press
and tap

Tap the Keypad tab.
3.
Tap
4.
Enter a phone number, then tap
Call Waiting
When you are on a call, Call Waiting alerts you to
incoming calls by sounding a tone. Your phone's
screen informs you that another call is waiting and
displays the caller's phone number (if it is available).
To respond to an incoming call while you're on a call:
1.
Slide
to the right to place the first caller on
hold and answer the second call.
