The air filter should _ checked at least twice a month to see if c:lieaning is n_es_ry
Trap_d particles in the filter will build up and blio_ the airflow, This reduces the c_liir_
capaci_ and a_so causes .an .accumulation of frost _ the c_hg coil&
If the filter becomes turn or dlamaged you should repJace
immediately. Replacement filters are available from your
satesper_n, dea_er, and the authodz_ customer service
centers.
1_ Open the inlet gril!le down_rd by pulling o_ the top of the
inlet grille,
2, Remove the ,air filter from the front grille assembly by
ip, uHingi the, air fi_ter up s_ightly,
3, Wash the fi_ter using lukewarm w_ter below 40"C (104_'F)_
4, Gently shake the excess water from the filter completely:
Replace the filter,
_e front grillie can be removed for c_eaning or to, che_ the _deli ,and serial number&
For your _fety_ you should attach 'the front giriHe as the following procedure&
!, Pull down front ,gri_e from the cabinet top
2, Puslh front grille_s t_ps toward the cabinet in
order to insert front grille_s tabs into the
cabinet.,
3, Open the inliet grille,
4. Tighten the screw through the front grille into,
the p_ate of control box.
5. CIIose inlet gNHe.
