System Power When configured as a Acnodes RMC7182, the embedded system chassis includes a single 560W power supply. SATA Subsystem For the RMC7182, the motherboard chassis was designed to support four SAS or SATA hard drives, which are hot-swappable units.

  • Page 89 'Tem- perature Tolerances', the installed CPU can now send its 'Temperature Toler- ance' to the motherboard resulting in better CPU thermal management. Acnodes has leveraged this feature by assigning a temperature status to certain thermal conditions in the processor (Low, Medium and High). This makes it easier for the user to understand the CPU's temperature status, rather than by just simply seeing a temperature reading (i.e., 25oC).
