Rich-Media-Execute Actions
A rich-media-execute action identifies a rich media annotation and specifies a command to be sent to that
annotation's handler. (See Section 9.6, "Rich Media" on
rich-media-execute action dictionary.

The RichMediaCommand dictionary contains a command name and optional arguments to be passed to
the annotation handler specific to the target instance specified by the
rich-media-execute action dictionary.
