In Windows OS, unzip the compressed BIOS ROM package (e.g. in this case,

Combine EC (128 KB) and BIOS (5120 KB) into one ROM (5248 KB) file by typing the

Copy /b [EC ROM filename] + [BIOS ROM filename] BIOS.fd
NOTE:
Make sure the size of BIOS.fd is 5.12 MB, and check that there is no other
*.FD file in the root directory of the USB flash disk.
