Solution

Ensure that all
signal cables are
securely connected
to the device and
the system.

Ensure that all
power cords are
securely connected
to the computer
and an electrical
outlet.
Turn off the computer,
turn on the device, then
restart the computer.
Solution
Eject the disc, reseat
the disc in the drive tray,
then close the drive tray.
Eject the disc, turn it
over, then close the
drive tray.
Replace the disc.
