To quickly view today's agenda, on the
Home Screen, scroll and press the center
select key (s) on an upcoming
appointment (if one is present).
To view previous or approaching dates,
scroll left or right, or click Menu > Go to Date.
calendar event reminder
The default reminder time for tasks and
calendar items is 15 minutes. To change
this default:
Find it: Start > Calendar
and then Menu > Options > Set Reminders

send calendar event to another device
Use a Bluetooth® connection to send a
calendar event to another phone, computer,
or device:
From the calendar item, press Menu > Send via
Bluetooth.
If using Bluetooth, select the device to
which you want to send the item.
If using infrared, press Menu > Beam Appointment
and align the infrared (IR) ports at close
range until the target device name appears,
and then select the device to which you
want to send the item.
