Explanation
Paper light on
Paper lever was released during the
printing process or another operation.
The conversion cartridge needs to be
replaced soon. (The remaining
number of times you can use the
conversion cartridge appears on the
LCD.)
Top cover is open.
An error may be occurring when you
try to print a nozzle check or align the
print head.
Print head is locked.
The printer failed to update the
firmware.

Ink light on
You tried to install the wrong ink
cartridge.
Paper light
Loaded paper does not match the
flashing
image size.
Response
Pull the lever all the way forward, to the secured
position. Start printing again from the beginning for
best results.
You need to replace the conversion cartridge soon.

Remove the protective materials and pull the green
tab on the left side of the print head to release the
print head.
Update the firmware again.
If you are installing ink cartridges for the first time, you
must install the cartridges that came with your printer.
If you are replacing ink cartridges, check the package
and product code to make sure you have the correct
cartridge. Replace the cartridges with genuine Epson
ink cartridges.
Make sure the size you selected in the printer driver
matches the loaded paper size. Load the correct size
paper if necessary.
