Organiser
The Organiser feature enables you to:
• keep track of important dates and events
• create a list of things to do
• check the current time in another part of the world
• use the phone as a calculator
• set an alarm to ring at a specified time
Note
: To use the scheduler, you first need to set the
current date and time. See page 68.
Scheduler
In this menu, you can keep track of your daily or monthly
schedule.
Today
You can schedule up to 9 events for the current day
indicating each event's start and end time. You can even
have your phone's calendar alert you before an event
starts. Events scheduled for future dates automatically
appear on your Today display for that particular day.
Scheduling an Event
1. Enter your event information. You can enter up to 32
characters. For more information about entering
characters, see page 37.
2. Press the OK soft key to accept your entry.

3. Enter the start time and date using the numeric keys
4. Enter the end time and date using the numeric keys
5. Select when an alarm will inform you of your event by
Menu 8-1
6. Press the OK soft key to save your event.
Viewing Today's Schedule
When you select the Today menu option (Menu 8-1-1),
today's first event displays. Press
select the event you want to view.
While viewing an event, press the Options soft key to
use the following options:
Add new: allows you to add a new event.
Edit : allows you to edit the event.
Erase : allows you to erase the event.
Erase all : allows you to erase all of the scheduled
events.
