Getting to Know Your Camcorder

OSD (On Screen Display)

You can turn the OSD on/off by setting the Display menu
on/off.
The TITLE, DATE/TIME, EASY and CUSTOM functions can
be operated even after the OSD is turned off.
The OSD is displayed in the viewfinder and the LCD monitor.
a. Zoom position (see page 30)
Indicates zoom position.
b. DIS (VP-L850/L850D/L870 only)

Indicates DIS is activating.
c. Battery level (see page 21)
Indicates the power left in the
battery.

d. Manual Focus (see page 36)
Indicates manual focus is on.
Auto Focus is not displayed.
e. BLC (see page 37)
Indicates BLC is activating.
f. Program AE (see page 38)
Indicates Program AE mode is

g. Self record waiting timer.

Indicates 10 seconds timer.

Überblick über den Camcorder

Monitoranzeigen (On Screen Display)

Zum Ein- bzw. Ausblenden der Monitoranzeigen stellen Sie
die Menüoption DISPLAY auf ON (Ein) oder OFF (Aus).
Die folgenden Funktionen sind auch dann verfügbar, wenn die
Monitoranzeigen ausgeblendet sind: Untertitel, Datum und
Uhrzeit, die Aufnahmemodi EASY und CUSTOM.
Die Monitoranzeigen werden auf dem Suchermonitor und auf
dem LCD-Monitor ausgegeben.
