This new generation music format gives you:

The player features reinforced chassis by using extensive

CD upsampling to DSD
DSD upsampling is a sound processing technology that
converts and enhances the signal from a standard audio CD
to provide a clear and smooth sound.
High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI)
HDMI is a direct digital connection that can carry digital HD
video as well as digital multichannel audio. By eliminating
the conversion to analog signals it delivers perfect picture
and sound quality, completely free from noise. HDMI is fully
backward-compatible with DVI.

Digital Crystal Clear is a package of picture innovations that
digitally adjusts and optimizes picture quality to optimal
contrast, color and sharpness levels.
216MHz/12bit video upsampling
Video upsampling is a technology that decreases distortion to
dramatically improve picture quality.
Audio Direct Mode
The video circuity of the DVD video player can degrade the
performance of the audio section. When Audio Direct Mode
is selected the video circuitry of the DVD video player is
muted. Simply press the 'Audio Direct' button on the front
of the player to mute the video section of the player. In this
mode, the player will only play audio discs and behaves like
an audio only player. When Audio Direct is 'On', the DVD-
Video player will have fater response time similar to a CD
player.
Advanced bass mangement
Advanced bass management is a feature that allows the user
to fine-tune the bass attribute of the system, such as cut-off
frequency and cross-over slope, to get the best bass response
possible in their room regardless of the room size and
equipment type.
