part or parts. Should you find a defective or missing part, contact the authorized Thunder Tiger Service/Distributor
nearest you. Under no circumstances can a dealer or distributor accept return of a kit if assembly has started.

    INTRODUCTION Thank you for the purchase of this Thunder Tiger product. You should enjoy many hours of trouble free use from this advanced R/C product.   • Page 3 INSTALLING THE ELECTRIC MOTOR AND ELECTRIC SPEED CONTROLLER skip if already assembled Remove the bike's front suspension by disassembling the "E" clips on the steering shaft. Remove the shaft that holds the front steering mount and front fork shocks. Lift the entire set and remove it from the motorbike's assembly. Tighten the motor pinion with hexagon screw Install the motor mount and motor unit onto the side chassis by treading two internal hexagon screws through the washers and motor mount.
  • Page 4 INSTALLING THE RADIO GEAR skip if already assembled Mount the steering servo on the servo tray. (Note that its output shaft should be centered between the chassis frames.) Install the receiver on the receiver tray by using double-sided tape. Thread the receiver antenna/wire through the antenna tube, and then press-fit the antenna tube on the receiver tray Properly plug the connection/wire into the receiver: steering servo connector/wire into the channel 1 slot, BEC power connector/wire into channel 2 slot.
  • Page 5 INSTALLING THE SIDE GUARD WIRE Use a hexagon driver to loosen the screws of the mount on the side of the body frames. Install the supplied side guard wire onto the mount. PREPARING THE RADIO Install the antenna into transmitter Check the frequency printed on the transmitter crystal.

    RADIO OPERATION When turning radio on, first turn on the transmitter. Then, turn on the receiver. When turning off, first turn the receiver off, then the transmitter off. To reverse the functions of servos, use the small, white servo reverse switches located on side of the pistol transmitter (or the inset servo reverse switches located at the bottom of the stick transmitter).

    ADJUSTING ELECTRIC SPEED CONTROLLER Before operating your model, you have to set to either NEUTRAL or HIGH SPEED position of the electric speed controller prior running the motor. Neutral Setting Hold on your R/C model carefully. (Always keep the wheels off the ground when checking the operation of the radio equipment) Connect the wire to the battery pack Turn on the transmitter, and then switch on the electric speed controller afterwards.
