Click on the "Create New Account" link. This brings you to Account setup.
From here you will be able to enter your ESN and VIN numbers, and select
your Service Term and Transaction packages.

Enter in your contact information. This includes your first and last name,
address, phone number etc.
4.
Click Continue.
