  • Page 7 MOUNTING OF CUTTER BLADE OR NYLON CUTTING HEAD Turnthe machineupsidedown,and youcanreplacethe cutterbladeeasily. — Insert the hex wrench through the hote in the gear case and rotate the receiver washer until it is locked with the hex wrench. — Loosen the 2 nuts (1) (left-hand thread) with the socketwrench and remove the 2 nuts (I and clamp washer (2).

  • Page 11 IDLE ADJUSTMENT The cutter b lade orthenylon cutting h ead should n otrunwhen thecontrol lever i sfully released. Ifnecessary,adiust theidle rpmusingtheidleadjusting screw. Checking the idling speed —Idle speed should be set to 2,600rpm. Ifnecessary correct itbymeans o ftheidlescrew (theblade orthenylon cutting head must not turn when the engine is on idle).
