Programs The A5 BASShas a total of 30 effectprogramsstored in 6 banks.Each bank holds5 effect programs. Banks2 —6 are factory presets with a total of 25 preset programs. Bank 1 is the userarea for storing editedeffect programs(see page 8 for details).

CREATING ORIGINAL PROGRAMS [Manual/Edit Mode] About "Parameters" and "Editing" Changingthe settingsof individualeffectssuch as the balancebetweendirectsound and effectoutputis called "editing". "Parameters" are the specific settings inside each effect with values that are changeable for "editing". Editing of parameters can be done in tv.'Oways: 1)Find a program that sounds closest to what you want, and create your own by editing that program.

EFFECT PARAMETER LIST COMPRESSOR [COMPRESSOR] •This is a limiter effect which suppressesthe high level attacktransients of an input signal sound by compressingthat signal. DYNAMIC EXCITER (DYNA XCITE] •This effect gives clarity, definition and presenceto the sound by emphasizitingspecific rangeof harmonics,and the depth of the effect canbecontrolled by pickingdynamics.Itis especially effective for "chopperplaying.
