AIRBAGS EVERYWHERE
The Citroën C4 features an army of airbags
for maximum passenger protection. Front
airbags are adaptive, so that they deploy
with exactly the right power and speed
for every kind of impact. Thanks to the
innovative fixed-centred controls steering
wheel, the driver is also protected by a
torso-shaped airbag that always deploys
at the optimal angle. Curtain airbags built
into the roof protect the heads of front and
rear passengers should a side impact occur,
while lateral airbags integrated into the front
seats also protect against side impacts,
and move occupants towards the centre of
the passenger cell, away from the force of
the collision.
