- Page 4 Installation and Wiring Installation and Wiring Safety · IMPORTANT: BEFORE installation, power off your LED controller to avoid potential electric damage to your Rock Lights or the LED controller. · For easier assembly, it is recommended you run all wires prior to mounting your unit in place.
- Page 5 Installation and Wiring Wiring Layout for Four Rock Lights with an ExtremeController If you have a set of 4 Rock Lights, you have 2 wiring layout options when connecting to an ExtremeController: 1. You can connect each of the 4 Rock Lights to each of the 4 LED control output connectors.
- Page 6 Installation and Wiring ii. Connect the next Splitter to an output of the first Splitter. iii. Connect the last Splitter to the remaining output on the first Splitter. iv. You should now be able to connect the four Rock Lights to each of the four outputs of the latter two Splitters.

Once you determine the wiring layout, run the LED Extension Cable(s) from the ExtremeController to each Rock Light, making sure the cable does NOT touch any moving parts on the vehicle. If the cable is longer than required, do NOT cut the cable and reconnect.
