    IRP40.50/IRP40.51 Description Transmission-/Reception Area INFORMATION Fig. 3 shows the possible transmission angles of the receiver and the reception angles of the touch probe. The mounting position of the receiver must be chosen so that the touch probe is in the receivers transmission range for switching ON/OFF.

    IRP40.50/IRP40.51 Operation Stylus Change NOTICE Risk of property damage! • The measuring mechanic is sensitive, thus the stylus must not be screwed in with high force! Unscrew the stylus from the touch probe using the mounting pin. Carefully screw the new stylus into the touch probe (Fig. 5). Align the stylus to spindle center (refer to chapter 2.5).

Do not use compressed air for cleaning! • • Replace empty batteries immediately Insert a C-spanner in each of the notches provided for them on the upper and lower sections of the housing. Screw the upper housing section off the lower housing section.
