To avoid this, all EV chargers now have a Randomised Delay feature. This means that there will be a random delay of up to 10 minutes when customers start or stop charging, which will help the grid stay balanced.
- Page 14 7 Connection options The Hive EO Mini Pro 3 has been developed with three methods of connection to the Hive platform. During the installation, you should consult with the customer and choose the most effective method of communication that suits their home and the installation location.
- Page 15 8 Wi-Fi connectivity If the Hive EO Mini Pro 3 is to use Wi-Fi for its internet connection to the Hive platform, before fitting the device in place it is recommended that the strength and integrity of the Wi-Fi signal is checked. If a weak Wi-Fi signal is present, then there is a chance that the installation of the charging station may fail.
