- Page 4 SETUP Install or Replace Batteries 1. Unscrew and remove the battery compartment cover. 2. Insert 3 x AAA alkaline batteries into the battery compartment, as shown. Follow the polarity (+/-) diagram in the battery compartment. 3. Replace the battery compartment cover and screw. Remove Battery Cover Install Batteries...
- Page 5 OPERATION Using the Anemometer Press and release the “ “ or “ “ buttons to navigate through the anemometer sub-menus. Press and release the “ENTER” button to enter or confirm the selection in each menu. To return to normal viewing mode, press and release the “ENTER” button while viewing the “EXIT”...
- Page 6 Placement Guidelines For the most accurate reading, extend the anemometer using the built-in extension arm. Extending the anemometer helps prevent surrounding objects from impacting the accuracy of the wind speed reading. Troubleshooting Problem Possible Solution • Check that the batteries are installed correctly. Batteries Display screen may need to be replaced.
