- Page 13 Controller functions Moving the Desk: Press and hold the controller upward to raise the desk; press downward to lower it. Favorite Position: Set the desk to a preferred position. Press and hold the button for two seconds. The light bar will blink white twice to save the position. After saving favorite positions, they can be accessed by pressing the controller.

The app offers reminders and encourages position changes, and statistics display your daily achievements for a healthy workday routine.
