  • Page 5 REMARKS: - Follow the manufacturer's instructions for adequate heating times of the sheets. Attention to the sheet runoff since overheating can compromise the job and in extreme cases, the material can seep in the vacuum motor, causing damages. - For heating both sides of the sheet using the timer, keep in mind to set enough time to heat both sides of the material according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Page 11 ATENCIÓN: - Siga las instrucciones del fabricante de la placa para el tiempo de calentamiento del material utilizado, atención para el desagüe de la placa durante el calentamiento, el sobrecalentamiento puede resultar en la pérdida del trabajo y en casos extremos, el material derretido podrá desaguar en el motor causando daños al mismo.

Nach der Erhitzung und dem Erreichen des idealen Plastifizierungspunktes können die, im konventionellen Verfahren beschriebenen Schritte ab Punkt 6 bis zum Abschluss des Prozesses durchgeführt werden. Das Modell Modell PlastVac P7 PLUS ermöglicht zwei Plastifizierungsverfahren, konventionell und Rotationsverfahren, die von einem Zeitschalter überwacht werden. Eine übermäßige Erhitzung kann im Extremfall zum Arbeitsverlust führen und das geschmolzene Material kann in den Motor eindringen und diesen beschädigen.
