NOTES Before Using the Apveelveer Digital Photo Frame
● The frame is NON-BATTERY powered. Use only the supplied AC adapter
and leave it plugged in when in use.
● Make sure the frame is connected to the Internet when adding friends or
sharing photos via the Frameo APP.
● The sharing code is only valid for 12 hours. Create a new one if the previous
one is not available.
● Upload up to 10 photos or a video of max 15s at a time via Frameo APP, or
use a USB C drive/SD card (max 64GB) to import photos.
● Please note that transfer photos from computer via a Type-C cable is
currently only compatible for Windows and Linux system.
● Please turn on enable transfer from computer on the digital photo frame
(Please go to Settings>Manage photos>Transfer from computer)
● The default setting of the frame - Sleep Mode starts at 11:00 pm and ends at
7:00 am every day. You can turn it off in Settings>Display>Sleep Mode.
● Please reset the photo frame to protect your privacy before returning the
photo frame.(Please go to Settings>Backup and Restore>Reset frame)
● The digital photo frame only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, it doesn't
support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
● If you find that Frameo APP asks you to activate the membership service,
you can click to skip or close the membership activation window. Frameo's
free version meets 98% of our customers' needs.
