2 of 18 Installer’s Manual Overview This document is described about the DENON product which has remote maintenance function. The installer can do remote setup and remote control of the Ethernet appliance of the user home via internet. Setup to remote access via Internet by Installer.

DENON Remote Maintenance via Internet page: Ver 1.0 3 of 18 Installer’s Manual [Setup using AVR] 1) Push MENU button and select “Manual Setup” using CURSOR UP/DOWN button. Next, Push RIGHT/ENTER button and select “Option Setup”. In addition, Push RIGHT/ENTER button and select “Installer Setup”.

3) Setup “Server Login ID”. The E-mail address of the installer is set to “Server Login ID”. This is used to login of the DPMS (DENON Product Management Server) and to register access information to DPMS. Also, it is possible to input it even by the following command.

6) Setup “Server Login ID”. The E-mail address of the installer is set to “Server Login ID”. This is used to login of the DPMS (DENON Product Management Server) and to register access information to DPMS. 7) Setup “AVR Access ID”.

First of all, you have to connect your PC with the environment to which E-mail can be received.

If you confirmed the operation, please close internet browser on your PC. Next, select “Exit” and push ENTER button on the “Maintenance mode active” screen on the Ethernet appliance.

16 of 18 Installer’s Manual DENON Product Management Server DPMS (DENON Product Management Server) preserves access information and firmware information, when the maintenance mode is executed with the Ethernet appliance. In addition, DPMS offers the function to display information by a browser.

Displayed information is only your customer's information. (Information on other Installer is not displayed.) And this information is automatically deleted 24 hours after the maintenance mode is executed.
