slapi_utf8isUpper()
Verifies if a UTF-8 character is an upper-case letter.
Syntax

int slapi_utf8isUpper(unsigned char *s);
Parameters
This function takes the following parameter:
s
Returns
This function returns one of the following values:
• 1 if the character is an upper-case letter.
• 0 if the character is not an upper-case letter.
